ARE YOU A TEAM CAPTAIN AND WANT TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR TEAM'S RACE T-SHIRTS?
Many teams choose to honor donors, recipients or loved ones by decorating the back of their race t-shirts. While we do not offer customization services, we are happy to mail team members' shirts to the team captain ahead of time so you can customize them on your own or with a vendor of your choice. If you're a team captain and would like your team's shirts early, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Submit your customization request: Please complete this form by Tuesday, February 10, 2026, if you would like the race t-shirts for your team mailed to you in advance.

Step 2 - Team member consent required: Once your request is submitted, we will contact your registered team members and ask for their permission to mail their shirts to you for customization. Each team member must respond on their own behalf and indicate whether they consent (or don't) to having their shirt mailed to the team captain. Team members must complete the consent form by Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Step 3 - Team shirt mailing: All shirts from consenting team members will be mailed to you, the team captain, the week of March 2, 2026. This gives you enough time to decorate the shirts on your own, use a vendor or make any customization your team plans.
Please Note:
-We do not customize shirts - we simply mail shirts early so you can do your own customization.
-Every team member must respond to the consent request.
-Only shirts from team members who complete the consent form will be mailed.
-Team captains are responsible for customizing and distributing shirts to their team.
-The form will close after the deadline (Tuesday, February 10, 2026).
-Anyone can bring a customized shirt to the event to hang on T-Shirt Row!
